The Bunkhouse is a 1,584 square foot house. It has four bedrooms. It can sleep eight, with three queen beds and one full size bed. It has two bathrooms.
The Bunkhouse has a fully stocked kitchen, Internet, and television.
Triple C Ranch is a 1,065 acre cattle ranch. While staying at the Bunkhouse you can walk the Ranch trails. You can also purchase an optional hunting and/or fishing pass.
There is a two night minimum stay. Pricing starts at $150 per night for up to two people. Additional people are $25 per person per night.
The Bunkhouse is only 8-9 miles from I-40 (Exits 300 & 301). It is just about a 10-12 minute drive away from the Muddy Pond Mennonite communities which include leather shops, deli, cafe, bakery, greenhouse, and much more.

I understand that the owner requires a security deposit which stuld be paid on the booking or reservation date or (7) days before the start date of the rental agreement. The security deposit will not be applied as a portion of the rental charge.
The security deposit may only be refunded (5) days after the last day of the contract given that there’s no physical damage to property and violation of the rental agreement.
Before you stay, you must sign to indemnify and hold harmless the owner for any damage, costs, expenses, or liabilities during the occupancy of the rental property.
